Step 2: After reaching this website, you can see as follows. All the information like SIM, model, IMEI number of your phone will be available here. So you can also block your stolen phone from here. Now here you have to click on Block lost mobile.
Step 3: As soon as you click on this button, a form will open in front of you. Here you will have to fill all the information related to your device.
Step 4: After that, you will have to come down a little and fill the information related to the theft of the phone, like where was the phone last seen?, the date of theft of the phone, all this will have to be filled.
Step 5: Now after coming down further, you will have to fill all the information of your state, police station. If you want, you can also upload a copy of your FIR here.
Step 6: After this, you will have to fill your information like your name, address, identity proof.
Step 7: After that, when you come down, here you will see where to increase the email ID and you will get to see the captcha code. So you enter that code here. Also verify OTP by entering your mobile number.
