A report by Android Authority states that Lenovo has discontinued the business of Android-based Legion mobile gaming phones to bring changes in its business and improve its gaming portfolio. The company says that being the leader in the gaming device category, it is committed to advance the gaming category.
Legion gaming phone did not run in the global market
The report further states that Lenovo’s gaming smartphones have been a complete failure outside China. The company could not make its place in the global market. Let us tell you that now after the withdrawal of Lenovo in the market, Asus Rogue Phone, Xiaomi Black Shark and Nubia Red Magic Gaming series are left, between which the tough competition will continue.
This gaming phone was launched last year
Tech brand Lenovo launched the Lenovo Legion Y70 smartphone last year. Coming to its features, this gaming device sports a 6.67-inch HD+ OLED display. Its screen supports 144Hz refresh rate. In this, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor has been given for power. This phone works on Android 12 operating system.
