Twitter’s new boss Elon Musk is upset about buying the microblogging platform. He revealed that his journey with Twitter has been a painful one so far. Sometimes he sleeps in his office. Elon Musk announced last October that social media company Twitter Inc. was bought for 44 billion dollars. Since then Elon Musk has made many changes in the policy of this microblogging platform. Also, thousands of old employees, including the company’s former CEO, senior executives, have been fired from the company.

Musk is going through a difficult time

In his interview given to BBC, Elon Musk said that he is going through a very difficult period after buying Twitter. Laying off employees was not easy

Talking about the layoff of Twitter employees in an interview, Elon Musk said that it was not easy to lay off 80 percent of people from the microblogging platform. Twitter had a total of 8,000 employees in October 2022, down to just 1,500 after layoffs. Musk has also admitted that he didn’t get a chance to talk to the laid-off employees in person, so he informed them via e-mail. Musk said that it is not possible to talk face-to-face with so many people.

Will sell Twitter!

The Twitter boss said that the workload is so much that he sometimes sleeps in the office. He uses the office library sofa to sleep. He further said in his interview that he should avoid tweeting at night. He said- Many times I have shot myself in the foot by tweeting. I think you shouldn’t tweet after 3 pm. Elon Musk justified his decision to buy Twitter by saying that if he finds the right person to buy Twitter, he will sell it.
