In view of the growing demand of electric two-wheelers in the country, now Honda Two-Wheeler India is preparing to bring its most affordable and electric bike to India. According to reports, Honda is preparing to launch 10 electric two-wheelers in the country by 2027. According to reports, the company is working on an entry-level electric bike, which is expected to not only come at a lower price but also have a wider range. No word yet on when the upcoming model will be launched. But it is believed that the company may announce the new model soon. Let’s know some important things about this new model….

Honda has showcased some of its new electric bikes, including the Cube E, Dax E and Zoomer E, with petrol models already available. It is not certain whether the Honda Electric Cubs will be launched in India. Instead of experimenting, Honda has adopted a safer approach for the Indian market. Honda’s first electric two-wheeler for India will be the Activa Electric, which is slated to launch in January 2024. This was confirmed by Atsushi Ogata, MD and CEO of Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI).

Top speed

According to reports, the top speed of the new Honda Activa electric scooter is less than the existing scooters, as the top speed of a normal electric scooter is 80-100 kmph. But the range of the Activa electric scooter has not been revealed yet. But it is believed that many new advanced features will be included in the new model. Not only that, it is expected that the company can offer this scooter at an affordable price.

Honda’s new Activa has recently been launched

Honda’s new Activa now comes with better and more advanced features than before. The new scooter includes the Honda Smart-Key for the first time, which makes it smart as well. The ex-showroom price of this new model ranges from Rs 74,536 to Rs 80,537.

The new Honda Activa (Activa 2023) is powered by a 110cc (PGM-FI), 4 stroke engine that produces 5.77 KW of power and 8.90Nm of torque. It has an Automatic (V-Matic) gearbox. Not only better performance is claimed from this engine but also an increase in mileage will be seen. The new model has 12 inch front wheels.
